Our costing is calculated on the number of lines which are typed. All lines are based on a 65 character line. You then select the costing which most suits the needs of your practice.


Technical requirements
A digital Dictaphone is all you need to take advantage of the benefits of using our professional company. Your Dictaphone will send the voice file in an electronic format to us – we convert your file and email back the completed document. If you require a digital recorder, we can tailor make a package for you inclusive of a transcribe 24/7 compatible recorder.


Internet Connection
A broad-band (ADSL) line is recommended to ensure optimum efficiency and response times, especially for larger voice files. A dial-up connection will be adequate for those practices with smaller volume transcription files.
